Vassilis holds a PhD in Administrative Law. He is a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.

He contributes to, and coordinates the actions of, the firm's administrative law team, focusing particularly on public procurement processes and the execution of public contracts.
In 2020, he gained his PhD in administrative law from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His doctoral thesis (entitled The principle of iura novit curia in administrative litigation) was published by Sakoula Publications in 2021. Ηe frequently contributes articles to important Greek public law journals (Θεωρία και Πράξη Διοικητικού Δικαίου, Εφημερίδα Διοικητικού Δικαίου, Διοικητική Δίκη). He has taught administrative law, administrative procedure, civil service law, financial law and public law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Democritus University of Thrace.

As a practicing lawyer, he has collaborated with numerous institutions in the public and wider public sector, in particular in the fields of public procurement law, civil service law and tax law. In addition to his advisory activity, he has defended the interests of his clients before administrative courts and the Council of State and has developed internal regulations and directives for a number of public bodies. Moreover, he has advised and represented many economic operators before administrative and judicial authorities. His extensive professional experience in both the public and the private sector has gained him a thorough grasp of a wide range of issues and the ability to work on complex cases, contributing to their optimal resolution. Furthermore, he has supported economic operators in designing and implementing business initiatives launched with a view to securing public contracts either directly or after further administrative acts have been issued.
