We advise our clients—mainly consisting of large and medium-sized companies often employing more than 600 individuals-on a wide range of issues related to personnel relations at all levels of management (employees, workers, managers or executives).

We handle issues arising within a company’s everyday operation (writing and implementing employment regulations and policies, drawing up individual employment contracts for employees, workers, executives and managers, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, responding to employee requests and dealing with employee claims and dismissals) as well as more specialized cases (part-time and rotational employment schemes, work time arrangements, unionization, redundancy, collective dismissals, accidents at work, etc.).

We advise on regulatory obligations and notification requirements towards employees in the frame of acquisitions, mergers and transfers of undertakings.

In addition, we appear before any agency of the Ministry of Labour for employment disputes arising as a result of controls or complaints lodged and we represent our clients when an employment dispute case is heard in court (dismissals, due wages, allowances and overtime payments, accidents at work, etc.).
