Compliance with free competition law

We advise our clients on matters of compliance, ensuring that their commercial contracts and general agreements comply with the requirements of both national and EU legislation.

Our legal services include advising the parties involved in  a merger or acquisition agreement on all aspects of Competition Law, particularly concerning the handling of Sensitive Commercial Information (CSI) though the legal due diligence. Moreover, we prepare our clients’ submission to the Hellenic Competition Commission, including filing any required notifications.

We have experience in handling cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission and the competent courts in cases of alleged horizontal and vertical cartels, abuses of dominance and other competition law violations.

We have successfully represented our clients both in and out of court in numerous unfair competition cases (copying and infringement of products or trademarks/distinctive marks, misleading advertising, use of unauthorized or untrue nutritional claims, client solicitation).
