Our services are engaged by either Greek or foreign companies, while our legal advice assist of our clients to develop and/or maintain their trademark portfolios and assert their rights both through filing oppositions and actions against similar trademarks and through choosing the best options available to them in the event of unfair competition practices.

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

We undertake the process of trademark registration on behalf of our clients. Our services include checking availability at national, European or international level, handling the registration and representing the rights of the proprietor through every stage of the process and defending our clients against any objections raised by the examiner or in the event of an oppotition.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

To respond to the needs of our clients headquartered in foreign countries, we have developed an international network of lawyers residing in different countries. With regard to the United Kingdom in particular, following Brexit we have partnered up with an English law firm to ensure the seamless management of our clients' portfolios and to assist them with intellectual property rights cases resulting from the UK’s departure from the European Union.

EXPERIENCE

We have extensive experience in handling transfer, pledge and license of industrial property rights agreements.

We have handled before the competent courts many disputes of unfair competition and trademark law both in cases of counterfeit or imitation of goods, services, distinctive signs or trademarks marks and in complex unfair competition practice cases.
