Our banking and finance law practice

Banking law has been at the core of our practice since the early years of the firm’s operation. Today, counting two of the largest Greek banks amongst our clients, we undertake the assertion of claims and enforcement procedures and pursue the satisfaction regarding a large number of overdue debts for our clients. At the same time, our dedicated and specialized team of professionals provides , expert services in preparing and negotiating  all types of contracts related to the banking and finance  sectors (credit, bond loans, etc.) and leasing agreements. Moreover, we have long experience in drawing, negotiating and concluding important contracts leading to the issuing of corporate bonds, restructuring of bank loans, multiple collateralization as well as sale and lease back contracts.

In recent years, in view of extended business debt restructuring efforts, we provide legal advice to banking institutions and debtors aiming to achieve the appropriate each time debt restructuring agreement.
