Ioannis Tzouanopoulos

Ioannis is an attorney at law admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals and a member of the Athens Bar Association.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

He advises on business and financial law. His services have been engaged by domestic and international clients for a wide range of corporate transactions, including company incorporations and liquidations, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and transfers of undertakings, as well as major financial cases involving intricate enforcement mechanisms. He is also experienced in developing and managing high-value property assets through complex management and financing schemes.
