Elli is an attorney at law admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association. Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the firm.

Elli coordinates the team of the firm's lawyers who manage IP cases and oversees the development and maintenance of EU, Greek and International IP portfolios of both Greek and foreign companies covering a wide range of products and services.

Elli advises business clients on developing effective strategies for expanding their brands and asserting their IP rights. She has handled many relevant conflicts and settlements along with a large number of transfer, pledge and licensing of IP rights agreements.

As a legal advisor to listed and non-listed companies, Elli understands the needs of the clients and offers tailored solutions for legal issues ranging from everyday legal issues to more specialized legal matters (competition, financing, entry of strategic investors, restructuring, corporate transformation, shareholder agreements, commercial disputes). She is involved in national and cross-border corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements) and has extensive experience in drawing up and negotiating various types of contracts (procurement contracts, service contract, distribution and agency agreements).

Elli has served as Special Advisor to the Legal Office of the General Secretariat of the Greek Government.

She has authored articles and commentaries on decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union which have been published in Greek law journals.
