Pelagia Stamou

Pelagia is an attorney at law admitted to practice before the Court of Appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association.

She provides specialized legal services in cases at the judicial stage of enforcement (seizures, auctions, attempts for enforcement, objections and suspensions against enforcement), ensuring sound legal protection both for debtors and creditors. She deals with cases of  the entire spectrum of banking and financial law, with a particular focus on the management of NPLs, secured loans and loans in a foreign currency, as well as the protection against illegal and abusive clauses of loan agreements.
