Acting in partnership with the law firm of the criminal defense attorney Dr. Nikos Hadjinikolaou, we advised the management of EVZ over the leasing of the company's two plants (Imathia and Serres).
In addition, our firm provided legal support to EVZ for the international tender the latter launched for the sale of its subsidiary in Serbia, as part of the restructuring of its debt. Our team prepared the tender announcement and all relevant contractual documents (including the special purpose agreement) and provided legal advice in all stages of the process.
